Patching Based on the monthly published security bulletins, the operating system and/or the database relevant patches are determined. The input of the patches takes place by a defined process: - Testing patch on a generic system - Time scheduling - Get permission of the customer (if necessary) - Patch installation - Basic server and application test - Health check (CPU, disk, event log, memory)
